Flurries and rain bring a soggy start to the week in Cincinnati

The week starts out gloomy, but we get a big payout by Friday. Temperatures are soaring 30 degrees and it’s going to be sunny after random chances of rain this week. Monday morning rain mixed and turned into flurries across Cincinnati. This system tracks northeast out of the region during lunchtime. We will reach a lull for the afternoon where the sun will try to peek out and temperatures will return to the mid upper 40s. Around dinner time and when youth sports practice, expect a few scattered light showers. It will remain cold with highs in the 50s through Tuesday. Our early week nights will be chilly in the mid 30s. Temperatures will be 10-15 degrees cooler than normal from normal highs in the mid 60s. If you were expecting another warm up, a big one is coming later during the week. After a few showers on Thursday, highs will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s by Friday and into the weekend. It will be sunny too.
